Q - What is Your shipping policy?
Free standard shipping on all order is applied to all U.S. states including Alaska, Hawaii.

No. We offer free shipping on all order.

Q: When will you ship my order?
Orders with standard shipping will usually be fulfilled and shipped the next business day as long as it is in stock. (Monday through Friday, not including holidays)
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information enclosed.
Please note that it may take up to 24-48 hours for your tracking information to update.
일반적으로 재고가 있는 한, 오전주문 기준으로 당일발송, 오후주문은 영업일 기준으로 다음날 발송합니다. (월요일부터 금요일까지이며,휴일은 포함하지 않습니다.)

Q: How long does it take to arrive?
We aim to complete delivery within 2-3 business days for the western region, 3-5 business days for the central area and 5-7days for eastern regions.
*Please understand that the delivery period may be delayed depending on the delivery situation.
서부지역은 영업일 기준으로 2-3일, 중부지역은 3-5일, 동부지역은 5-7일 안에 배송되는 것을 목표로 하고 있습니다.

Q - Do you offer international shipping?
We do. We offer shipment to Canada.
However, shipping fee will be charged depending on the weight.

For Local Pick Up
Q - Do you offer order pick up?
Yes, We do!
If you live in or around Orange County, California or plan to visit, You can pick up your order online at our office.
We are located Orange county City of Buena Park, California.
*When you order pick up in store, please leave your e-mail address and phone number that we can reach you directly. This way, you can receive pickup information for the items you ordered faster.
오렌지 카운티, 캘리포니아나 주변 지역에 거주하시거나 방문하시는 분들은 온라인에서 주문하시고 저희 오피스에서 직접 방문수령 가능합니다.
*방문수령으로 제품을 주문하실 경우, 고객님과 직접 연락이 가능한 이메일주소와 전화번호를 남겨주시면 더 신속히 주문하신 제품에 대한 픽업 정보를 받으실 수 있습니다.

For In-store Purchase
Q - Do you offer in-store Purchase?
You can also purchase in person from our office. Cash/Credit Card payment accepted.
Office business hours are from 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday and 10 am to 4 pm on Saturdays.
오피스에 방문하셔서 직접 구매할 수 있습니다. 현금과 카드 결제도 가능합니다. 오피스 영업시간은 월요일부터 금요일 오전 9시부터 오후 5시까지, 토요일 오전 10시부터 오후 4시까지입니다.
For Order Status
Q - How to check my order status?
1.After placing an order you will receive order confirmation by e-mail. (If you haven't received a confirmation email, check your spam folder.)
2.After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
3.After delivery is completed, a delivery confirmation email will be sent.
